"I am an Army Soldier from Clarksburg,WV deployed in a combat zone and decided to browse the internet in my spare time one night and found a 1200 custom Sportsted I liked at Triple SSS Harley Davidson in Morgantown, WV. I decided I was going to purchase one during my leave time in July 2009. I called and talked to a member of the sales staff and told him my situation and asked how I could get them to hold it for me till I return in July. He then put me in touch with Chad and I told him my story and asked if I was to call my bank in Clarksburg and have them cut a cashiers check could he stop by and pick it up to hold the bike and to my surprise he said sure, so I called my bank and let them know Chad would stop by and get the check. I do not know to many businesses that would do this not even knowing who I am. So I am looking forward to picking up my bike in July and meeting the fine folks at Triple SSS who have been so helpful."

"I would just like to thank Chris Shearer for one of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I were on our way home from a family funeral from Kentucky. On our journey home we wanted to try and pick up a shirt from a dealership in WV we searched the Tour Book and found Triple S to be open on Sundays which was our travel day. We hit all type of bad weather and we were running about 20 to 25 minutes late to try and get to Triple S before closing. My wife called and spoke with Chris explaining our situations. Well I am here to tell you what Chris did was above and beyond any experience we have had at any dealership. Chris offered to stay around until we got there even though she had a commitment to go to herself, she had also said that if we wouldn't get there in time she would go get ready for the party and on the way back call my wife and she would be passing the dealership on the way to her party and be willing to stop and take care of the sale. This was all for 3 T-shirts (by the way GREAT shirts)and 2 dealer patches can you imagine that. I have to say that on any journeys back to Kentucky you have a customer for life with us. "To the Staff at Triple SSS Harley Davidson ... your customer service is second to none. My wife, father-in-law, and I were on a bike trip (down from Ontario, CANADA) and just happened to be in the area of the Triple SSS dealership, and what a beautiful dealership at that! I did not buy a bike or any other MAJOR purchase, but instead purchased a dealer decal, a dealer shot glass, and a beautifully designed Triple SSS Harley-Davidson Dealer T-Shirt. It was the best looking "CUSTOM" back design I had seen on a Dealer shirt and I was looking forward to showing it off to my friends back home! Unfortunately, the shirt got damaged on the trip home (poor packing job on my behalf) ... so I took a shot in the dark and e-mailed the dealership and inquired about getting another one of these t-shirts and if they could mail it to me in CANADA. Well, I received a call a day later and was informed that Triple SSS would be happy to send me a replacement ... On May 1st, Zack did a complete trip check and service and I returned, on May 25th, from a 21 day, 6,113 mile trip from Morgantown to Dallas, to Los Angeles, to DC, and back home. "The only 4 that I gave was for parts/acessories. I was given the wrong part. Didn't realize I was given the wrong part until I got home and tried to install it. This required me to drive back your store from Weston to switch out the part. But is was kinda a tricky part (Smoke lense covers for a V-Rod. "i thought this dealership couldn't possible do anything more for me, man was i wrong i purchased my harley-davidson there and i'll be the first to admit i hadn't rode a motorcycle in 25 years so i was back at the dealship and was talking to pokie weiss, and ask me how i like my bike i told him fine but i didn't have the guts i had 25 years ago and he sugested that i take riders edge, i told him to sign me up, but there was a problem the way i worked it would be hard to do, but christy shear call me and told me not to worry she would take care of me, and true to her she did, the first night of the class buddy myers and zippy shearer taught the class and it was great the next night travis wolfe took zippy place, and i didn't think no one could replace zippy but travis step in and did a great job, sat. and sun. we went to the range to learn how to ride again there were people in this class with 20 years experiance to some that have never been on a motorcycle before, on sat. we all had problems, but buddy myers and travis wolfe took us under there wing, and work with us, i have no clue how they put up with us, but they did with patences, and they help us so much, by sun. we all passed and i would personelly would like to take my hat off to buddy, travis, zippy, christie, wendy, todd and rex and the whole crew at triple s harley-davidson and urge everyone that buys a bike to take riders edge. john"
