"We walked in to look at a used bike,and walked out with a new one! Best experience we have had yet at a HD Dealership. From Tealia and Chris who with thier combined experience made sure we bought the bike we wanted,not what they thought we should buy,to Karen in financing who made sure everything was explained and was easy to understand,Chuch who made sure we had exactly what we wanted for add on's the bike,and the service dept for getting everything installed while we waited. Debbie in clothing who helped us with picking out some new gear,and who even ordered some for us. Triple S is a one of kind experience,where everyone is treated great. "when i got tho the store i was greeted by 2 very nice girls. they got tom to help me. tom was very good about showing me severael bikes that fit my budget. once i found the bike for me. tom hooked me up with the parts department to get some accessories i wanted & financed them in with my bike.@ that time it was closing time. so i came back the next morning shortly after they opened. whe i arrived tom met me with a smile & a hand shake. he took me to karen who had everything ready to sign. in about 10 minutes we were done. tom was waiting for us with some free shirs & a few other things. then he got on the loudspeaker & congradulted us on our new bike. that was really cool. after he took us around and introduced to service & sales personel that we may need in the future he went outside with us to the bike & went over everything with us took my pic. & down the road we went.wow what a nice easy & very friendly process. if anyone is looking to buy a harley this is the only place to go..thanks,triple s staff we love our harley !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Im a Proud female , owner of a 2011 heritage softtail, During our outing ride traveling back from bike fest ,happened to notice my left front running light was out,pulled into rear of taco bell and approached an employee from Triple S. PREPARING TO LEAVE FOR THE DAY,what are my chances of getting this fixed i was starting to worry ,as triple s was already closed for 45 minutes. These guys were a life saver to us when we were out of town and lost our keys to our Ultra Limited with a really good security system! We called the dealership in Charleston first as they know us and John gave us the code to override our security system so we could get the bike moving. We went to the Triple S tent at Mountain Fest and they gave us the number and told us to call Fritz and he was GREAT! "I really want to thank ya'll very, very much. Sorry I'm late in doing so. My wife and I have been visiting yor shop for over a year now because of Debb. She's one of the greatest people we have ever met. We knew her when she worked at Cerini's. I can now add a few more people to that "greatest" list. J.D and Huck. Tina and I had stopped at the shop on May 22nd, justv starting a week long vacation.I spotted an 08 Heritage Classic and J.D. at the same time. I wasn't really there to look at bikes, just browsing as usual. Well, by four o'clock Sunday afternoon I was the proud owner of that Heritage. "I came in on 10/20 to buy my Wide Glide. Huck was a tremendous help, and a super nice guy. After purchasing the bike I took it for a spin, and made a stupid mistake and laid my brand new bike down!!! Huck and everyone came over and helped me push it into the shop to have it checked out. I think my pride was more banged up than the bike(thank God).There was only minor cosmetic damage to the bike, and no scratches on the paint. Fritz being the nice guy that he is, replaced a broken clutch lever, and turn signal. I'll never go anywhere else for any of my riding needs. You guys kickass!!!"

"I think it is wonderful that you hosted concerts/ vendors w/drinks & food at the 2009 WV Mountainfest....but it would be nice to have some chairs to go along with the bar tables...anything....folding or whatever, we can't exactly carry chairs on the back of the bike....and when you are visiting various places, or just hanging out at the Triple S, it gets very tiring to stand for hours & hours....but don't get me wrong - really appreciate the hospitality ...just need some chairs :) Thanks! "I am an Army Soldier from Clarksburg,WV deployed in a combat zone and decided to browse the internet in my spare time one night and found a 1200 custom Sportsted I liked at Triple SSS Harley Davidson in Morgantown, WV. I decided I was going to purchase one during my leave time in July 2009. I called and talked to a member of the sales staff and told him my situation and asked how I could get them to hold it for me till I return in July. He then put me in touch with Chad and I told him my story and asked if I was to call my bank in Clarksburg and have them cut a cashiers check could he stop by and pick it up to hold the bike and to my surprise he said sure, so I called my bank and let them know Chad would stop by and get the check. I do not know to many businesses that would do this not even knowing who I am. So I am looking forward to picking up my bike in July and meeting the fine folks at Triple SSS who have been so helpful."

"I would just like to thank Chris Shearer for one of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I were on our way home from a family funeral from Kentucky. On our journey home we wanted to try and pick up a shirt from a dealership in WV we searched the Tour Book and found Triple S to be open on Sundays which was our travel day. We hit all type of bad weather and we were running about 20 to 25 minutes late to try and get to Triple S before closing. My wife called and spoke with Chris explaining our situations. Well I am here to tell you what Chris did was above and beyond any experience we have had at any dealership. Chris offered to stay around until we got there even though she had a commitment to go to herself, she had also said that if we wouldn't get there in time she would go get ready for the party and on the way back call my wife and she would be passing the dealership on the way to her party and be willing to stop and take care of the sale. This was all for 3 T-shirts (by the way GREAT shirts)and 2 dealer patches can you imagine that. I have to say that on any journeys back to Kentucky you have a customer for life with us. My wife, father-in-law, and I were on a bike trip (down from Ontario, CANADA) and just happened to be in the area of the Triple SSS dealership, and what a beautiful dealership at that! I did not buy a bike or any other MAJOR purchase, but instead purchased a dealer decal, a dealer shot glass, and a beautifully designed Triple SSS Harley-Davidson Dealer T-Shirt. It was the best looking "CUSTOM" back design I had seen on a Dealer shirt and I was looking forward to showing it off to my friends back home! Unfortunately, the shirt got damaged on the trip home (poor packing job on my behalf) ... so I took a shot in the dark and e-mailed the dealership and inquired about getting another one of these t-shirts and if they could mail it to me in CANADA. Well, I received a call a day later and was informed that Triple SSS would be happy to send me a replacement ... On May 1st, Zack did a complete trip check and service and I returned, on May 25th, from a 21 day, 6,113 mile trip from Morgantown to Dallas, to Los Angeles, to DC, and back home. "The only 4 that I gave was for parts/acessories. I was given the wrong part. Didn't realize I was given the wrong part until I got home and tried to install it. This required me to drive back your store from Weston to switch out the part. But is was kinda a tricky part (Smoke lense covers for a V-Rod. The Night-Rod doesnt take the normal covers such as those on typical V-Rods). So all in all other than the return trip all is good. Anyways it gave me another reason to hop on the cycle and cruise on up to Morgantown. Thanks guys and especially Huck."

"i thought this dealership couldn't possible do anything more for me, man was i wrong i purchased my harley-davidson there and i'll be the first to admit i hadn't rode a motorcycle in 25 years so i was back at the dealship and was talking to pokie weiss, and ask me how i like my bike i told him fine but i didn't have the guts i had 25 years ago and he sugested that i take riders edge, i told him to sign me up, but there was a problem the way i worked it would be hard to do, but christy shear call me and told me not to worry she would take care of me, and true to her she did, the first night of the class buddy myers and zippy shearer taught the class and it was great the next night travis wolfe took zippy place, and i didn't think no one could replace zippy but travis step in and did a great job, sat. and sun. we went to the range to learn how to ride again there were people in this class with 20 years experiance to some that have never been on a motorcycle before, on sat. we all had problems, but buddy myers and travis wolfe took us under there wing, and work with us, i have no clue how they put up with us, but they did with patences, and they help us so much, by sun. we all passed and i would personelly would like to take my hat off to buddy, travis, zippy, christie, wendy, todd and rex and the whole crew at triple s harley-davidson and urge everyone that buys a bike to take riders edge. john"
