Rider's Edge® Policy

Triple S Policy for Rider's Edge Tuition & Refund/Cancellation Policy

Total amount of tuition ($295.00) is due within 7 days of registration. Tuition fee is due within 24 hours IF enrollment is less than 7 days from class start date. Full or partial payments are not refunded for late cancellations, withdrawal or dismissal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: A student who cancels less than 2 weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the first day of class will not be eligible for a refund

Refunds/Class Transfer Policy

Withdrawl/Dismissal: A student who chooses to voluntarily withdraw from class prior to completion will not be eligible for a refund. He/she may work out alternative arrangements to attend a different class at the discretion of the instructor/dealership (see Class Transfer Policy). A student who fails to attend all classes, is deemed disruptive or violating class rules by an instructor or engages in dangerous behavior, may be dismissed from the course. Dismissed students will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. An injured student may reschedule with no penalty. Arrangements will be made with instructors based on policy and procedure to accommodate the student. A student who is unable to complete the course requirements (Skill Test) can make arrangements/discuss options with his/her instructor(s) at the end of the course.

Class Transfer Policy

An enrolled student, who has paid in full for a course, but in unable to attend due to extreme circumstances, may be eligible to transfer to another class. The student's seat from his/her original class must be filled. For example, if a student's enrollment made his or her class roster 12, another student must sign up to keep that class number the same. Student's seat must be replaced in his/her original class before they can officially transfer into another class roster. If the original seat is not replaced, the student will remain on standby until a seat, available to the general public, is left vacant 24 hours prior to class start date. NO REFUNDS.
